In this episode, Daniel interviews Craig Moore III, a digital media artist who created tree-related artwork for a Florida State University art installation called “Rooting-Branching.” They discuss Craig’s art and methodology, and his experiences with this particular installation, and dive into the intersection between technology, art, and trees.

The Guest: Craig Moore III is a video artist whose work incorporates photogrammetry, virtual environments, and digital video and emphasizes connections between memory and photography. Craig recently graduated with a BFA in Studio Art from Florida State University, where he will soon begin pursuing a Master of Science in Information. Craig also works in the Gail Rubini New Media Design Lab at the FSU Innovation Hub.
